Hi, I’m Rachelle. I work for a full service advertising and marketing agency call R&R Partners. I started here as an intern while pursuing my Marketing degree at the University of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). After I graduated I worked my way up to my current position, Interactive Producer.
At R&R I work primarily on the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority account, one of my firm’s biggest clients. As a producer, I work on several websites for the LVCVA, including VisitLasVegas.com, LVCVA.com, VisitLaughlin.com, VisitMesquite.com, StayAndPlayHere.com, and VegasMeansBusiness.com.
In addition to my producer role, I spend a lot of time on various social media campaigns for LVCVA and other clients. I’m currently co-chair on R&R’s social media taskforce, the Social Innovations Group. In this role I help to manage a brain trust of about 15 individuals from across all departments to serve the social media needs of our clients. I help to identify new and emergency technologies, develop strategies and tactical executions, and produce operational recommendations and standards.
My blog is a chronicle of my developing career in interactive marketing. I want to connect with thought leaders within my industry and network through social media channels. So please, be sure to comment and tweet.
